Under Armour’s Return Policy

Under Armour has a comparatively consumer-friendly return policy. Products that were purchased at Under Armour official stores, like their Brand House or Factory House can be returned within sixty days from the date of purchase. This date will be mentioned on the receipt.  They are flexible with this time frame for the holiday season and can accept returns for as long as ninety days from the purchase date as long as your request is reasonable.  A return package will be free, it will not cost you. 

Product Requirements 

The items must naturally be in good condition. They should not have any visible damage, should look new and unused. If you bought the items in a physical store, they can be returned only to a brand or factory store. They have the right to keep a limit on the number of returns that a consumer can make, even if they have the receipt and packaging in order.

Processing Your Return

There are two ways in which you can make your return. You can either ship it back to Under Armour, or visit their physical store and return it to them.  If you want to visit their store, all you need to do is have all attachments that the product came with. This includes original packaging, tags, and the receipt you received upon payment.  If you have misplaced your receipt, they will ask for your ID instead.  They will have the right to keep this information with them, so keep that in mind.  You can take all these to their factory house or brand store and ask for an employee to help you out. They will manage your return process and answer your questions if any.  They can always refuse to accept your return if they do not feel your case is genuine.  If you want to ship your return to Under Armour, you will have to visit their official website to process it. It will direct you on what to do, so you will just need to follow the instructions.  You will get an Under Armour return form and label at the end. You will need to print it out and attach it to your package.  Once all the steps are done, you just need to ship your package. Double-check your address and other details once. 

After The Return 

Keep in mind the time that it will take for your shipped package to reach the Under Armour facility.  After Under Armour receives your return package, it will take them around ten to fourteen business days to process your return.  After they start your return process, you will receive an email that will confirm this. Then starts your refund or exchange process, details of which are given below.

Refund

If you want a refund, it will be processed to the method of payment you used to make the purchase originally if you visit their store physically. If you shipped your order and returned the item online, then you will get an Under Armour gift card for the same price your item cost.  This gift card will be to the email address you gave on the Under Armour Return Form attached to your order. If the item you wish to return was a gift, you can show the employees your gift packing slip. This will enable you to exchange the item or return it for store credit.  If you do not have a receipt, they will refund you the last selling price of the item you purchased as a gift card.

Exchange

You can ask for an exchange of the item up to ninety days from the date of purchase. You can exchange the item for a different size or colour. They do not accept exchanges for items purchased with gift cards, Klarna, or Apple pay.  Under Armour’s standard return time frame is sixty days, but they have extended it to ninety days for the holiday season. Under Armour’s return policy is quite flexible, so as long as you can make a good case to the employees, they will accept your return.
